Fxck off. No matter the age, if the crime as deliberate and creates a high risk of injuries then there should be no such thing as "too young to prosecute".
I'm watching Street Wars, and I have the utmost respect for the majority of cops (yeah, there are some who aren't exactly great, but there are also teachers who aren't great, doctors who aren't great, shop assistants who aren't great). It is shocking how many of the features in this episode involve "youths" (I'm assuming from the size of these people they're between 12 and 17, mostly about 14 if I'd have to guess) with obviously no respect at all for their community, the police or any of the people around them.
For God's sake, there is a problem with the youth of this country. I'm glad I live in the middle of no where. I'd hate to be part of this culture that think it's funny to set a car on fire, gets the fire service out and then throw petrol bombs at them. It's disgusting.
I wish I was older and I wasn't part of the age group mainly responsible.
I hate our world. Just fxck these kids, seriously.
